Shipping Policy

Wedding secrets delivers products to all cities across India, as well as select countries outside India as may be found feasible by us.

In case the city/ country is not found in the list please feel free to contact us at weddingsecrets.in@gmail.com.

Weddingsecrets.in shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including the gifting address, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping within India or  Outside India is chargeable.

Customers are requested to provide full and accurate addresses with proper zip codes. In case of an incorrect address, the products may reach late or remain stranded. Weddingsecrets.in will not be responsible for delays in such cases. However, we shall ensure to reach you to get the right address and necessary details as a service.

Please note that Billing address shall mean the address where the customer receives their Credit Card statements. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order needs to be delivered.

Weddingsecrets.in will not be held responsible incase of delay in delivery by our courier partner due to unavoidable circumstances, like accidents, riots, natural calamity, lockdowns etc. However, Weddingsecrets.in would do the needful to ensure the courier is delivered, though delayed.

• For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes, IF ANY, are to be borne by the customer and to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
